Amber, Lichfield Branch from Feb 2024

After completing a design degree at 24 and struggling to find direction in my career I made the decision to follow the marketing route. However after facing push back due to lack of experience I knew I needed to find a role where I could use my prior design skills and learn the technical side of marketing. I began my Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship at Tippers in 2024 and this developed into my role here at Tippers as part of the marketing department, where I now have a vast understanding of marketing principals, practices and responsibilities. I am part of a team that values my input and my skills.

After my training period, I was promoted to Sales Assistant in the Lichfield branch. Throughout COVID, I focused on building a strong customer portfolio, which led to my promotion to Senior Sales. I also spent several months at the Nuneaton branch in an Assistant Manager designate. Looking ahead, I have the goal of eventually becoming a branch manager.
